Please allow 2 - 5 business days of processing time and about 9-13 days of shipping time for your product to arrive.
Canceling your order:
You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL". If the item has already shipped, a restocking fee may be applied.
Tracking your order:
You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, if you provided a mobile phone number, containing a tracking ID and a link to follow the journey of your package. To track your package you can visit our Tracking Page. If you are unsure of your Tracking ID please use our Order Lookup form located Here. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at Support@cartronixs.com if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
By placing an order on Cartronixs, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Cartronixs. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information on how to make a return.
Cartronixs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page. In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged, we will offer you a full refund. Dashcam Digital is not responsible for any damage that occurs due to mishandling or improper use of our products.
